Biography:
Michael Gershe, a victim and survivor of a drunken driving accident that killed his mother and almost himself when he was eight weeks old, has found "The Magic of Life." Michael tells an inspirational story which combines stand up comedy, audience participation, and tackles issues such as peer pressure, binge drinking, and drunk driving. Knowing that his life almost ended before it really started, Michael has been fortunate to accomplish his dreams. Despite breaking nearly every bone in the accident, Michael is a former student athlete and academic advisor, who knows first-hand how alcohol can impact a student's life.

Biography:
Nominated for a third time as speaker of the year by Campus Activities Magazine and presented at the 2006 National Bacchus General Assembly, the two-person program "Sex Signals" provides a provocative look at the issues of dating, sex, and ultimately non-stranger rape on college campuses. Blending a unique combination of improvisational comedy, audience interaction, and facilitated dialogue, the presentation strikes a balance between laughing at the differences between men and women while communicating serious messages about consent.
