The BACCHUS Network™ Website Sponsor Policy

The BACCHUS Network™ accepts sponsorship on our websites from approved companies and partner organizations. As a private, non-profit organization, BACCHUS reserves the right to refuse sponsorship from companies or organizations that do not complement our health and safety mission or compete with our organization’s growth opportunities.

The BACCHUS Partner Acceptance Committee will review all sponsorships prior to publication for content and purpose. Any sponsorship deemed not appropriate will be returned and any payments made upfront refunded unless an acceptable replacement sponsor message can be provided.

Specifications and Guidelines

1. Website logo sponsorships may be placed on one or more of our four websites:

Sponsor space on each site is limited to three spaces on each home page. Sponsorships will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis and run for a 30 day period. Multiple month contracts will have first priority. BACCHUS reserves the right to determine placement within the three sponsor spots unless otherwise agreed to in writing at time of contract.

2. Each sponsorship message art will need to be provided to us ready to go through electronic submission in JPG, GIF or SWF file format. The sponsor blocks are 172 pixels wide by 62 pixels tall.

3. Each sponsorship will allow one direct link to the company’s website homepage only and will open as a separate window and not allow for leaving of the BACCHUS home pages.

4. Cost for a 30-Day period is $1500 per site payable by check or credit card.

5. Sponsorships must be paid in advance of posting and renewals can be made on a net 30 basis, any balances exceeding 30 days are subject to late payment charges of 15% per month. BACCHUS may cancel or remove sponsors at any time for late payment with no penalties assigned to BACCHUS.

6. Cancellation of sponsorship by the sponsor within two weeks prior to the deadline for printing or web production will be upheld, but a 25% sponsor rate penalty will be assessed.

7. BACCHUS shall not be liable for failure to insert any sponsorship due to fire, strikes, unavoidable accidents, acts of God, or any cause whatsoever.

8. All sponsor rates are non-commissionable.
