The BACCHUS Network™ Health Campaign Sponsor Policy
The BACCHUS Network™ accepts sponsorship for our annual health awareness campaigns mailed to campuses from approved companies and partner organizations. As a private, non-profit organization, BACCHUS reserves the right to refuse sponsorship from companies or organizations that do not complement our health and safety mission or compete with our organization’s growth opportunities.

The BACCHUS Partner Acceptance Committee will review all sponsors prior to publication for content and purpose. Any sponsorship deemed not appropriate will be returned and any payments made upfront refunded unless an acceptable replacement sponsorship message can be provided.

BACCHUS reserves the right to maintain control and ownership over the design and content of the health campaign material.

Health Campaign Sponsorships
The BACCHUS Network™ designs and distributes the following campaigns that are mailed to 1,000 campus affiliates annually. These educational resources contain a resource guide and program manual on the particular health and safety issue and various promotional items that can be used to engage campus awareness and programming surrounding the observance. BACCHUS will maintain control over the educational content of the campaign and review and approve submitted materials by sponsors.

• National Collegiate Alcohol Awareness Week Campaign
• Tobacco Prevention Campaign
• Impaired Driving Prevention & Highway Safety Campaign
• Sexual Responsibility Week Campaign
• Safe Spring Break Campaign
• Fitness and Nutrition Campaign

There are three levels of sponsorship for health campaigns:

1. Exclusive Campaign Sponsorship at $30,000
   Your company or agency will be the sole sponsor included in the campaign.
   We will include your logo on the campaign mailing box, you will receive a complimentary 30-day sponsor space on one of our websites, you will be recognized in The Peer Educator™ magazine, recognition in the conference program book at our annual conference, The General Assembly, and you can include a promotional piece or printed flyer in the campaign mailing box.
2. Campaign Sponsorship at $10,000
   We will include your logo on the campaign mailing box and you can include a promotional flyer in the sponsor envelope that will be included in the campaign mailing. Multiple campaign sponsors can be selected for each mailing.
3. Sponsor Envelope Contained in Each Health Campaign at $3,000
   We will include your 8.5" x 11" or smaller flyer or card in the sponsor envelope

In the event that sponsorship is run in a publication or on a website that contains errors that are at fault from BACCHUS, adjustments will be made as soon as possible or credit given for future placement. If errors are the fault of the sponsor, adjustments will be made as soon as possible, but any costs related to these changes will be at the sponsor’s expense.
