Exhibits
Many agencies and resource groups come to
our conference to share information. Participants will find
great information on speakers and programs to bring to your
campus and other educational materials that can help you in
your health and safety efforts. Agencies attending the Assembly
pay an exhibit fee and registration fee to participate in
our conference. We expect 1000 participants from 200 institutions.
In addition, our publications reach over 2000 higher education
professionals.
Exhibit Fees
On or Before Wednesday,
October 25
$450 plus guest reg fee of $300
After Wednesday,
October 25
$500 plus guest reg fee of $330
Exhibits can be set up anytime Thursday
and taken down Saturday by 6 PM. All exhibits are 6 ft. draped
tables in a visible pedestrian traffic area.
