BY-LAWS OF THE BACCHUS NETWORK

ARTICLE X. FINANCIAL PRACTICES

Section 1. Checks between $0 and $10,000 may be written by any one of the following: the President/CEO, the Chairperson or the Treasurer.

Section 2. Checks for over $10,000 may be signed by any two of the officers referred to in Section 1 of Article X.

Section 3. Accounting Methods and Period. The fiscal and administrative year of BACCHUS shall begin on July 1 and run through June 30. The books and records of BACCHUS shall be kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals and shall be audited by a Certified Public Accountant annually or as deemed necessary by the BACCHUS Board of Trustees. A copy of the audited annual financial statements shall be made available to each member affiliate upon written request.
